Restaurant Hong Phouc sur Sisteron

Delicious meal (especially the roast duck and pork) and friendly service (it’s a family business). A little unpleasant was the taste of tap water, but apart from that everything was good and properly priced.

The place is very nice, the staff is very friendly and the food is delicious! As an aspect to improve, I would only add expanding the vegetarian and vegan options.

The terrace overlooking the pedestrian street is fun. The service is pleasant and very friendly. I was a little disappointed that the food wasn't flavorful enough (in my opinion) for Asian cuisine. I expected to find more Vietnamese flavors in my beef with onions, which was nevertheless very good. I still recommend it for the change of scenery and the pleasure of meeting a genuinely Vietnamese family (what a joy to hear the language spoken again!).
