Leaving for the holidays we spent one night in the ibis hotel and had dinner in this restaurant. The director, Valeria, alone provided the service with professionalism and above all with great sympathy. The bar boy was charming too. The young chef who cooked was apparently temporary and we had a blast! I have never eaten such a good beef tartare cut with a knife! The bluefin tuna starter was also excellent. The welcome is wonderful and the receptionist is super friendly! I recommend +++ this step! Hoping that the chef will still be in place when we next visit
