Thanks to the Iida-Ya team, both for their cuisine and the quality of their service, we had a wonderful evening.
Each dish brought to us was presented with the utmost care, and all were exquisite in flavor and creativity. The same goes for the drinks, whose presentation was very helpful.
So thank you for all these amazing, exquisite, delicious, splendid, excellent, indescribable, superb dishes... whose taste left us speechless, our taste buds completely overwhelmed!
A huge thank you again for your consideration, your attentiveness, and your kind touches, which made our birthday celebration unforgettable!

The best mochi I've ever had! My favorite is the yuzu mochi. The sushi and other dishes are also excellent. A must-try!

First Japanese culinary experience and frankly, I wasn't disappointed. The atmosphere was calm, the food was refined and delicious, the service impeccable, and the staff warm. We will definitely be back very soon.

This was, without a doubt, the best restaurant we've ever eaten at. Truly amazing, incredible new flavors, magnificent presentation, and a welcome that surpassed all expectations (from the kitchen staff to the waiters and the sommelier). Everyone was exceptionally professional and kind.
We had a fantastic evening!
We will definitely make the trip again.

I haven't had a chance to try the food yet, but I've eaten most of the grocery items, certainly the best sushi in Dole, a great selection of unsweetened iced tea, and very delicious mochi.
