A huge thank you to the entire team at Iida-Ya Dole. The welcome is always exceptional: genuine smiles, infectious good humor, and incredibly attentive service. You truly feel valued and wanted, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. As for the food, it's pure culinary bliss. Each dish is a discovery, a perfect balance of freshness, finesse, and authenticity. You leave with the feeling of having had a true culinary experience, not just a meal. This Japanese restaurant truly deserves to be highlighted for its humanity, quality, and respect for its customers. Bravo to the whole team!

Japanese restaurant in the center of Dole. We were seated outside because of the sunny weather. You can also sit inside at a regular table or a table on the floor. Relatively expensive, but the ingredients and preparation are high quality. The service and interactions were humorous.

An exceptional 7-course tasting menu... the flavors and originality of the dishes were truly remarkable. Japanese dishes with a touch of regional influence in one course (Bresse chicken with Comté cheese and Japanese flavors) – a real treat! The atmosphere was fantastic; choose the Japanese lounge for a complete change of scenery. Bravo to the chef and the team. We will be back!

I recommend this restaurant. The welcome was pleasant, the food excellent, the portions a little small, but given it's a semi-gastronomic establishment, I understand. You can go there without hesitation.

So, my partner and I came to eat at this restaurant just before catching our train, so timing was tight. We're quite used to Asian restaurants of all kinds in Paris, and between the menu and the beautiful grocery section (mochi galore!), the place seemed promising and worth having for our last meal in this charming area. And let me tell you, everything was delicious, fresh, and expertly prepared—truly an exquisite and delicate experience. My partner particularly highlighted the sushi platter, which was fresher and more flavorful than she'd ever tasted. There's a real commitment to quality in the kitchen, and that comes through in the service. Personally, I think ramen might seem basic on paper, but it's not so simple in practice, and here, it was perfect. At this point, I really want to emphasize the service. Knowing we were on a train, the waiters made it their duty not only to serve us quickly but also to help us relax and, with their naturalness and infectious enthusiasm, alleviate any stress that might have spoiled our experience. Such a combination is the hallmark of a truly wonderful establishment. Thank you to them. P.S. A place where all the staff are smiling is usually a good sign...and don't forget to visit the shop across the street; it's top-notch.
