Restaurant IKEA sur Roques

I have always liked this store but it's a maze we waste time going all the way around if necessary

Good morning, Very bad experience with Click and Take. Order on March 3, 2024 in Click and Go, paid online. On March 6, I went to the store and was told that one of the items was not available! The salesperson who takes care of Click and Go tells us that this service depends on stock and that it is possible that items are available at the time of ordering on the Internet and not at the time of collection! So what is the point of click and take if you are not sure of the availability of the products at the time of collection when everything has already been paid for on the Internet??? In addition, the welcome given to me by two different people was really not good. I really had the impression of addressing an administration with bitter civil servants! I really like Ikea but I am very disappointed with the Click and Take service... I give 3 stars following the response from customer service

The store is huge I even got lost inside, but frankly it is very good everything is indicated by small signs I recommend it because in short it is the best

It's a Large, Ultra Well Stocked Ikea with Lots of Design Products for Home and Co... at the entrance to Greater Toulouse! We highly recommend it....Ideal for doing your usual shopping at IKEA! In Prime Time We are looking forward to the next opening of a Future Grand Ikea with a shopping center linked to Ingkar Center SE at the Future Grand Ikea in Saint Gaudens...with H&M and co...

You can find everything you need! (or almost) The staff is top notch and always there for any questions. For electric cars, there is a terminal in front of the store. It can be taken because there is only one (too bad). Thank you for this attention. We will return there for the arrangement of our house!😊
