05/04/2024: Good morning, Very bad experience with Click and Take. Order on March 3, 2024 in Click and Go, paid online. On March 6, I went to the store and was told that one of the items was not available! The salesperson who takes care of Click and Go tells us that this service depends on stock and that it is possible that items are available at the time of ordering on the Internet and not at the time of collection! So what is the point of click and take if you are not sure of the availability of the products at the time of collection when everything has already been paid for on the Internet??? In addition, the welcome given to me by two different people was really not good. I really had the impression of addressing an administration with bitter civil servants! I really like Ikea but I am very disappointed with the Click and Take service... I give 3 stars following the response from customer service
