"A mixed experience at this Michelin-starred establishment. Despite a €149 tasting menu, the service was sorely lacking in flair: the absence of a sommelier and the chef's visits to the dining room were noticeable. As for the food, I was surprised by a pervasive bitterness in several dishes, disrupting the harmony of flavors. Finally, it's a shame to charge extra for cheese on a menu of this caliber."
