It's an experience of a lifetime! Everything was wonderful, without a mistake.

A truly wonderful discovery at Julien Binz! Each dish was an explosion of flavors; I savored every bite from beginning to end. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The setting is also very attractive. I really appreciated the chef coming to the tables; it's a thoughtful touch that makes the experience even more enjoyable. An excellent experience, I highly recommend it! An address I will definitely keep in mind for next time.

Exquisite dishes with surprising flavors. Bravo! I would like to add a caveat regarding the quality of the service. The four very small bread rolls were the only thing served, even though we had run out of our main course. No one came to offer us more. Water was served sparingly (two glasses for the entire meal... and often empty, because we were thirsty, I should point out). The table was in the small room, which wasn't the issue. However, we were near the least desirable entrance in the entire room. No problem, we knew it was the last one. Except that from our arrival until the end of service, a lovely, well-positioned table with the other diners remained empty. I honestly felt neglected and had the unpleasant impression of not being valued. My friend wanted to treat me. The food was excellent. The service, however, was disappointing.

It's a magnificent restaurant; we had a wonderful experience. The tasting menu created by the chef was exceptional, the different flavors were marvelous! The restaurant staff was very professional and took excellent care of us.

What a wonderful evening at this outstanding restaurant! Attentive service, creative dishes of exquisite quality that left nothing to be desired! Magnificent and exceptional! We would gladly return anytime and are already looking forward to it! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

We were there in July, and I can't say I was disappointed; the chef clearly knows his stuff. The dishes are well-prepared, both in terms of presentation and taste, but in my opinion, they're not exceptional for a Michelin-starred restaurant compared to others. Unfortunately, there was no reprieve, and a really negative review concerns the Alsatian wines, particularly the house Crémant, which doesn't belong at this level. Finally, I'll add a positive note: flexitarians and vegetarians will have a choice of menu options…
