We were there in July, and I can't say I was disappointed; the chef clearly knows his stuff. The dishes are well-prepared, both in terms of presentation and taste, but in my opinion, they're not exceptional for a Michelin-starred restaurant compared to others. Unfortunately, there was no reprieve, and a really negative review concerns the Alsatian wines, particularly the house Crémant, which doesn't belong at this level.
Finally, I'll add a positive note: flexitarians and vegetarians will have a choice of menu options…

Thank you to Mr. Binz and his team for this exquisite and high-quality meal. A flawless experience, from the amuse-bouche to the desserts, with exquisite and refined dishes that perfectly complemented the decor. The service was very professional and pleasant, with a special mention for the chef, who was approachable and friendly, readily visiting each table. Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Colmar and the surrounding area, we will gladly return.
