Top-notch meals! I go there regularly with my family, especially at Easter to the restaurant. The welcome is always top-notch, as is the service. The advice given on wines and dishes is equally excellent! When it comes to drinks, you have plenty of choice. To really enjoy your meal, the menus are short to prioritize quality in both taste and presentation. Don't hesitate to go!

The new dining rooms are simply magnificent. The expansion and modernization work has been carried out with exquisite taste. The materials used are exquisite and lend a truly elegant character to the space. The balance between modernity and authenticity is perfectly achieved, and every detail seems to have been carefully considered to enhance the ambiance and atmosphere of the place. As always, the service is impeccable: the servers are attentive, professional, and always smiling!

We have been staying at this hotel for many years. It's an establishment that is constantly evolving, striving for excellence. New renovations have just been completed, and they are top-notch. Everything is magnificent. An exceptional hotel. Incredible staff and a family who manage this hotel with a master's touch. Staying at Julien's once means taking the risk of never going anywhere else.

A truly wonderful stay, peaceful and incredibly luxurious. The wellness center was top-notch. However, there was a slight drawback: people tend to hog the sun loungers. And personally, I found the price for dogs a bit exorbitant. Otherwise, the staff were exceptionally kind.

We had a wonderful stay in the Hautes Cimes suite. We loved the amenities and services of this spa hotel. Dinner and breakfast were a very generous and high-quality buffet; we will gladly return! 👍🏻

"Chez Julien" lives up to its promises! I've wanted to stay at this hotel for many years (we're Belgian). EVERYTHING is there: the welcome, the service, the adaptability, the cleanliness, the amenities which are more than complete... the list goes on! We were lucky enough to stay in the Hautes Cîmes, the new suites and WAW. What luxury and cutting-edge technology! Impressive. What's more, the renovations to the latest areas were completed two days before our arrival. A real stroke of luck. In short, what can I say about this legendary spa, especially the infinity pool (it'll be hard to find anything like it!), the delicious dishes (and the à la carte options are super affordable!), the kingly lunch, the amazing decor... And also the kindness of the staff who go out of their way for you and adapt to even the smallest unforeseen circumstances. We're looking forward to seeing the planned expansions. Looking forward to seeing you again for NY 2028-2029, which we've already booked, and certainly even before if the opportunity arises! In short, everything was perfect!

Top-notch facilities! Beautiful location. Very good food. The day spa offers good value for money. It's a shame the sun loungers around the pool are all taken up.
