We only have one word to say: PERFECT. Thank you to the entire team; it was a truly magical experience. The setting is enchanting, and well-being and relaxation are guaranteed. From breakfast to dinner, everything is designed to tantalize the taste buds.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend in August and, given its prestige and the price, we were very disappointed. The pools are advertised as spaces conducive to relaxation and, it seems, off-limits to children. Unfortunately, this was absolutely not what we experienced during our stay: children of about 5 years old were diving, shouting, and playing in the pools, giving the impression of being in a public swimming pool rather than a space dedicated to peace and relaxation. We specifically chose this hotel hoping to enjoy a relaxing weekend as a couple. This lack of tranquility is truly a shame, especially considering the hotel's standard and the price we paid. A very disappointing experience that unfortunately did not live up to our expectations of this hotel.

This is our second time at this hotel, and we're just as impressed as before. The establishment exudes a family atmosphere: the owners' personal touch and dedication are evident every day, as is the warm welcome. It's easy to see why guests love to return! After the Mountain Suite last year, we had the pleasure of trying the Summit Room this year. Both accommodations are simply exceptional, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, and the overall quality of the services is outstanding. Special mention goes to the spa, where we particularly enjoyed the sauna rituals. Our absolute favorite, however, was the breakfast: it was simply the best we've ever had, with fresh, varied, homemade products of all kinds. The only minor drawbacks to note are that the "old" restaurant is very noisy due to its proximity to the bar and the musicians. We had to ask to change tables to be able to hear ourselves speak during our meal. Access to the underground parking also lacks clear signage upon arrival. Finally, we were surprised by the change in booking policy: it's no longer possible to book a single night with half-board as before, unless you call every month to check for last-minute availability. A two-night minimum stay isn't always feasible for everyone. Despite these minor inconveniences, the service remains excellent!

Paradise is right here, not too far away, in the beautiful region of Alsace. We come from the vibrant island of Réunion, a magical and exotic place where the tranquility of the mountains reigns supreme. We stayed in Turckheim and made the trip for my wife's birthday, and she was delighted with the place. Everything was excellent and perfect: the welcome, the meals featuring local products 😋, the exceptional room, the spa and pools… We will definitely be back on our next trip here 😉. In addition to the very friendly staff, I would also like to emphasize the warm humanity of the management, which deeply impressed me.

This was our second stay at Julien's, and we were just as delighted as before. The quality of the meals was exceptional: from the appetizers to the dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The same goes for the breakfast buffet. The dining area has been redesigned, and it's magnificent! The staff is friendly and attentive. We participated in the Tuesday hike with Gilbert, who shared many interesting anecdotes with us. And for relaxation, there's plenty to do with the wellness center, which is currently expanding. We will definitely be back.

Every year, we go there as a family during the Belgian February school break. This time, the date coincided with Valentine's Day. The menu was absolutely delicious. PERFECT.

I spent a day at this establishment, including meals, so I can't comment on the hotel itself. The setting is really lovely, clean, and full of flowers. The spa is excellent; it has everything: sauna, hammam, sensory shower, relaxation area, etc. It's a high-end experience. Reservations were closed, so the establishment was full, but honestly, it wasn't too crowded. So, very good, except for a few idiots... who probably can't read. The relaxation area with the ornamental pool is only for adults (to have a quiet spot), and yet many people were swimming in the pool with their children... in short... it just goes to show that even in chic places, money doesn't necessarily equal intelligence. The food was top-notch: excellent service, presentation, and quality. So, a place definitely worth discovering.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Hôtel Restaurant Spa Julien in Fouday. The hotel remains as lovely and beautiful as ever, especially with its beautiful flowers, lush greenery, and Alsatian architecture. The staff is very kind and attentive, and the new facilities are a real plus: modern, spacious, and of very high quality. We stayed in a Montagne Suite and a Hautes Cymes Suite, both magnificent, with excellent amenities, particularly in the Hautes Cymes Suite (faux fireplace, Japanese toilet, tinted bathroom window, etc.). The Nuxe toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, lotion, etc.) were also a nice touch. ☀️ We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and therefore fully enjoyed the outdoor areas. 💦 The pools and spa are truly delightful, with new activities such as aquafitness, Pilates, and more. The children's area is good, with a large pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam, even if it is showing its age. There's a lack of children's play areas, though, even if that's not the hotel's primary focus. The spa is enormous and still being expanded: approximately 3,000 square meters! With an outdoor jacuzzi, waterbeds, heated mattresses, a salt cave, relaxation rooms, a sauna, and steam rooms, there's truly everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing experience. 🏋️‍♀️ The small gym is lovely, air-conditioned, and offers a pretty view of the gardens. A little more music would be appreciated, perhaps by the pool. 🥐 And a special mention for the breakfast, which remains exceptional: fresh produce, all kinds of bread, excellent pastries, high-quality cold cuts, waffles, crepes, eggs, omelets, and French toast prepared right before your eyes… a real treat! We did, however, feel that there might have been slightly fewer choices than in previous years, but this could simply be due to the fact that the space is now much larger. 🍽️ As for the food, of our two dinners, one was more successful while the other was a little less convincing. 🎶 A few minor points could still be improved: the piano bar always offers the same entertainment in the evening, and we would have appreciated more options, such as a games room or other evening activities. The fact that the spa is open to non-guests also means that it can get quite crowded at times. Despite these minor points, we had an excellent weekend and we will gladly return. In our opinion, the Julien definitely deserves a 4-star rating. And ultimately, the fact that it officially only has 2 stars allows you to enjoy truly high-end services at prices that remain reasonable. A truly wonderful place to stay in the Bruche Valley, which we highly recommend!
