Without her and her professionalism, I simply wouldn't have been able to enjoy my trip. The hotel's location is perfect, and the room and bedding were very comfortable and spotless! Thank you again!

I'm very satisfied with the hotel in Metz city center, which has a very convenient underground parking garage. The bedding is very comfortable. Having back problems, I had a very good night's sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and the evening meal was excellent.

Rooms are compact and functional. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice. Reception was helpful & friendly.

The location was good but the room was pretty small. And the sink in the bathroom was just really small and shower.

We stayed at the hotel for New Year's Eve. There were three of us, and we had a large double bed and a single sofa bed, not a bunk bed like in many hotels. The bedding was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly; we were even able to get coffee and a pastry even though it was 11:00 AM and breakfast service was already over. The hotel is very well located. I highly recommend it.
