Great atmosphere, the owner very friendly, the chef smiling, the food very good with lots of taste, the food and wine pairing was delicious, the setting was idyllic, I will return to this establishment.

A perfectly executed culinary experience awaits at Restaurant Kasbür*, in a subtly renovated setting.
From appetizer to dessert, the tasting menu masterfully combined the harmonies of expertly prepared ingredients. The foie gras was presented in a magnificent trompe-l'œil carrot, the John Dory and rack of veal were cooked to perfection, and the dish concluded with a strawberry and goat cheese combination that was as surprising as it was wonderful.
The service was discreet, with wine pairing suggestions and a non-alcoholic option expertly curated by Christophe, a virtuoso sommelier. Bravo to Yves and Béatrice Kieffer, and their entire team.
