The lady who greeted us, Christophe the sommelier, are true professionals with an added charm and genuine sincerity, qualities you don't find in some restaurants of this category where many head waiters seem to have an umbrella up their… Oops! The food is excellent. This time I had memorable shrimp and sweetbreads, and that's not even mentioning the rest. Thank you to this dynamic establishment. One of the best in all of Alsace. Gilles

Simply magnificent! A magnificent explosion of flavors! We enjoyed the chef's menu with wine pairings four times, and I also ordered the non-alcoholic options. These alchemical creations, perfectly matched to each course, were an incredible experience of aroma and taste. The food, the carefully selected wines—everything was exquisite. A wonderful evening on a beautiful terrace with panoramic views delighted us gourmets.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We chose the €145 menu and, overall, the experience was decent, but unfortunately not quite up to the standard one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant and a menu at this price point. The main disappointment was the service. On several occasions, plates were sent away unfinished, without the server even asking if we had enjoyed the dish or if there was a particular reason. In an establishment of this caliber, one expects precisely this kind of attention and interest in the customer's experience throughout the meal. Another small detail, but one that is important in this type of establishment: the bread was presented in a communal container, but no individual bread plates were provided to place it on once it was served. I ended up having to ask for one. These are obviously minor details, but in a €145 tasting menu, it's precisely these details that make all the difference. The sommelier, on the other hand, was pleasant and professional, offering helpful explanations about the wines, which we appreciated. At the end of the meal, we were asked in general terms if we were satisfied, but the question felt rather formal, without any real exchange or genuine interest in our experience. As for the setting, it's pleasant and adequate, but I personally didn't find it exceptional. In short, an overall decent experience, with some nice touches, but the service and attention to detail could be improved to fully live up to the advertised standard and price. It's primarily for these reasons that I'm giving it 3 stars.
