Restaurant kumo sur Annecy

The best spring rolls I've ever eaten! They were refined; for once, the vermicelli was cooked perfectly, and above all, the rice paper wrapping the roll was practically invisible. Fresh ingredients, wonderfully prepared.

Excellent curry accompanied by a refreshing fresh fruit juice. Smiling and welcoming staff.

The food was decent — nothing outstanding, but also not bad. Overall, it was acceptable and we enjoyed the meal. However, the service really spoiled the experience. When we arrived, I politely asked the waiter if he spoke English. Instead of answering in a professional or friendly way, he gave me an unpleasant look and replied by asking if I spoke French. I understand that I am not in my home country and I always try to be respectful, but the response felt rude and unnecessary. He could simply have said that he doesn’t speak English and that another colleague could help us. Good food is important, but respectful and courteous service makes a big difference, and unfortunately this was lacking.
