I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. From the very first moment, both the quality of the food and the attention of the staff were exceptional. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, ideal for enjoying a good meal in peace. Among the dishes I tried, I particularly highlight the carpaccio, which was perfectly seasoned and presented with great care. The meat was of high quality and melted in the mouth. I also recommend the honey and goat cheese salad, a delicious combination of sweet and savory flavors, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. It was a light and tasty starter. But without a doubt, the star dish for me was the souris d'agneau. The meat was so tender it fell off the bone effortlessly, with slow cooking that enhanced its deep and comforting flavor. A true delight that demonstrates the quality of the restaurant's cuisine. I will definitely return to continue exploring the menu.
