Restaurant la braise sur Chaumontel

Happy birthday Chef Guillaume! Excellent restaurant, a charming team, and superb meat!

Thank you again for the delicious meal, the wonderful welcome, and all the thoughtful touches you showed us. My friends and I truly enjoyed it! ^^ I fasted for over 24 hours on purpose so I could savor a delicious ribeye steak, and it was totally worth it! This is my second time dining with you, and I'll definitely be back! And a very happy birthday to Chef Guillaume!! ^^ 🎉🎉✨️

Excellent and top-notch service

Excellent and great service, thank you very much

Food was excellent! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary in Paris and decided to go to Braise. The tomahawk was great with fries and veggies. The mousse was indeed the best I’ve had in Paris. Wishing Martin a happy birthday while we were there. Martin and Oliver are de best!

Oliver and Martin are amazing. The filet and the duck breast are standouts! Thank you for amazing service and dinner!

We had a wonderful time at Braise. The place is calm and cozy, and the welcome was warm. The dishes were sumptuous, and the meat was exceptional. Thank you to the entire Braise team. We will be back.

It was my first time eating here and it was really delicious and the service was impeccable.

Excellent service! The waiter also had some good dancing skills :)

A wonderful evening, excellent service!!
