A truly wonderful discovery! We were welcomed by Albane with such kindness and warmth, and we immediately felt right at home. On the plate, Rémi delighted us: incredibly refined cuisine, bursting with flavor and perfectly executed. Everything was just right, delicate, and delicious. The selection of wines, aperitifs, and digestifs was also particularly well-curated and carefully selected, with some truly excellent discoveries that perfectly complemented the experience. Beyond the meal, it was a truly wonderful time, with the feeling of being received as guests rather than customers. Thank you to Albane and Rémi for this lovely experience; we will definitely be back!
