As soon as we arrived, we were enveloped by a warm and intimate atmosphere, accentuated by the wood fire which created a real cocoon. The dishes served are truly worthy of great chefs, with flavors that remain engraved in the memory. Every bite was a discovery, every dish was memorable. What makes La Cave d'Agnès truly exceptional is the possibility of interacting with Agnès herself, discovering the secrets of the establishment, and even getting an insight into the work in the kitchen thanks to chef Rémy. It’s this level of personalized attention that elevates this restaurant to the status of a must-visit restaurant. The dishes are not only delicious, but also original, highlighting local products from small producers. The wines offered are divine and the Fitou from La Table d'Agnès was a perfect companion for our dishes. Nous avons réservé une table pour 2 au dernier moment. Dès notre arrivé nous sommes tombés sous le charme de l atmosphère. On pousse une grande porte en bois pour rentrer et découvrons une magnifique bergerie avec un feu de cheminée face à nous. Le repas etait délicieux et les hôtes vraiment très accueillants. Très belle découverte. Nous sommes venu par hasard, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour ce moment.
