Friendly service Excellent meat A great place for meat lovers!

A fantastic and rather unique restaurant. You can choose the meat directly from the butcher, which will then end up on your plate. Prices are quite high, but it's worth it.

That’s more meat in one seating than I have had in long time. Comes with mashed potatoes, wide cut fries, and salad. Two sauces are served with the meat. The beef is cooked to about blue rare. Would have preferred if left on the grill for another minute. The taste is great, but the rareness of the meat combined with a super dull knife made cutting a chore. I really need to emphasize this. The restaurant needs to sharpen its knives. The table next to us complained about the same thing. Oh. The restaurant is very small and has no AC. Understandable given the dining room is behind a very good functioning butchery. Dine for two at less than €80. Recommended. The quality of the meat was excellent, though the pork in my mixed grill was a touch lean.

A must-try if you're a fan of top-quality meat! The cooking is superb, and the side dishes are perfect! Excellent advice on local Languedoc wines! And the service is impeccable, even for this lovely, art-loving waitress on her first day! Be sure to book!

Absolutely outstanding! We'd wanted to come here for a while and we'd like to book again as soon as possible. The dining room is lovely, small (ensure you book!) and cosy. The staff are all delightful. The food is on another level! We were brought a bowl of fries and a bowl of mashed potatoes along with a small salad to share between 3 and I was concerned it might not be enough...but with all the meat it was plenty, we had leftover fries to spare. A really really well run restaurant, we'll remember this visit for a very long time. Thank you so much to all the staff!

A truly unique experience! The concept is brilliant: you enter through the butcher's shop and choose your own cut of meat before it's cooked by the restaurant. We had a ribeye steak, served with mashed potatoes, fries, and salad—a real treat from start to finish. The meat was excellent, cooked perfectly, and the mashed potatoes were delicious, wonderfully creamy. For dessert, the gourmet coffee was a perfect ending to the meal. A highly recommended spot for meat lovers, in a truly unique setting. We'll definitely be back!
