In this charming restaurant steeped in history, you can take the time to savor sincere dishes made with local, homemade ingredients. A special mention goes to the farm-raised pork, locally sourced and fed on herbs and flaxseed 😋😋😋 The meat is remarkably tender, flavorful, and full of character, reminding us what real pork should taste like! We also greatly appreciated the wine selection, particularly the magnificent Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, which perfectly complemented the meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting; you can feel a genuine passion for the local produce and respect for the ingredients.
