Mooie rustige plek in de stad, vriendelijk personeel, eten is goed maar niet speciaal. Wijn was wel heel lekker. We komen terug!

Nous avons très bien dîné dans ce restaurant. Cadre très agréable. Belle terrasse. Mieux vaut réserver car beaucoup de monde. Service très professionnel et sympathique. Malgré le monde, tout s’enchaine parfaitement. Les plats sont bien cuisinés, frais et bien présentés. Je recommande

Friendly welcome. Very long service, the number of servers does not seem sufficient. Decent quality of dishes but poor quality/price ratio with very high price of wines by the glass.

The perfect restaurant. The food is spot on, and the service is great. The outside sitting makes it very pleasant too. The cafe gourmand and the cheesecake are highly recommended.

Very good food and the service is also good and attentive. I would like to see more similar restaurants in Germany. The quality and preparation of the food is simply very good and there is also a good selection of wines. All of this at an absolutely reasonable price. To be honest, I would have budgeted more for a meal of this quality (3 Aperol Spritz followed by 2 Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 2 starters plus 3 main courses plus dessert, coffee, water etc for €155 - lunchtime a week… I would visit again at any time.

28/11/2024: Discovery of this small restaurant, rue de Mazan in the heart of Avignon. A very nice address where the products are selected according to the season with fresh products cooked with love. An address that I highly recommend for the pleasure of the taste buds in all simplicity, at a very affordable price.

19/09/2024: Ojalá tuviera algunas fotos para agregar de la parte delantera del restaurante ya que las pocas que se han publicado no muestran la bonita zona que realmente es. Nos sentamos en una de las mesas del patio y el ambiente era maravilloso. El personal era amable y era paciente con dos turistas que no hablan francés. El menú era lo suficientemente grande como para ofrecer algo para todos y elegimos algunos platos para compartir. Disfrutamos de todo lo que pedimos. Para cuando salimos el restaurante estaba lleno, y el interior tenía un ambiente igual de agradable. Recomendaría Le Barrio a cualquiera que busque una buena cena en Aviñón.
