Restaurant La Flamme sur Ensisheim

21/02/2026: The main course and starter were very good, everything was fine, but the waiter needs to be fired! He was so rude, sad to look at, and he answered very rudely. He told me to be quiet while taking notes... he's condescending. The owner should give them a good talking-to because it's a very nice establishment. I'm talking about the older waiter; the younger one was polite and decent. Anyway, I won't be going back. It's a shame, I was a regular customer once a week... but I didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me in front of my wife and children. I'm still giving it a good review, but the waiters really need to be re-evaluated, as mentioned in other reviews, so I agree!

21/02/2026: The restaurant is large and not very noisy despite being busy, making it easy to chat with friends. The staff is attentive, although you might have to be a little patient to place your order. For my main course, I had the chef's ribeye steak. And frankly, I wasn't disappointed at all, neither the cooking nor the quality of the meat was excellent! The menu doesn't offer many dishes, but from what I could see, the quality is definitely there. Expect to pay over €20 for a main course, or even €26 or €33 for the more expensive ones; sauces are an extra €3. There's also a good selection of soft drinks, wine, and cocktails. If you're looking for a nice time with family or as a couple, this is a great place.
