The food is simply incredible: a perfect blend of textures and flavors!
04/04/2026: Excellent experience at Domaine du Moulin, and more specifically at the restaurant "La Villa du Meunier". The cuisine is simply excellent, the dishes are carefully prepared and remarkably served! Special mention for the service provided by Jordan; we had a wonderful evening 🙂

21/02/2026: The main course and starter were very good, everything was fine, but the waiter needs to be fired! He was so rude, sad to look at, and he answered very rudely. He told me to be quiet while taking notes... he's condescending. The owner should give them a good talking-to because it's a very nice establishment. I'm talking about the older waiter; the younger one was polite and decent.
Anyway, I won't be going back. It's a shame, I was a regular customer once a week... but I didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me in front of my wife and children. I'm still giving it a good review, but the waiters really need to be re-evaluated, as mentioned in other reviews, so I agree!
21/02/2026: A magnificent experience in a bright and elegant setting! The foie gras was simply delicious with its fruit and brioche-style gouglhof... the chef's dish was perfect: perfectly cooked meat with spaetzle and morel sauce. Their late-harvest Gewürztraminer was a delight. The children's menu and the vol-au-vent were superb, and the portions were generous. This restaurant deserves stars!

16/09/2024: Cool location in Ensisheim. You could get lost in the winding rooms, but luckily you'll be guided to the table ;-) No, I think it's really nice!
There's a lot going on and the staff is really challenged. Nevertheless, you will be served quickly.
The food is very good, the portions are large. The price-performance ratio is definitely right.
