Restaurant la Herse sur Eperrais

We were given a table covered in crumbs and not cleaned. The menu was only displayed outside, so we asked for cheese, but unfortunately, from today onwards it's extra! We hadn't noticed that some drinks were included, so we didn't order them, but they weren't offered to us either. The dish was served like in a school cafeteria, with a ladle, so the gratin was swimming in ratatouille. Very rich food: cream and butter. In short, the coffee was undrinkable. The toilets are outside. The good news: easy parking.

Excellent home-style cooking, delicious and high-quality, and very good service. However, the atmosphere is just okay, with the chef grumbling and not very welcoming (no greetings). Very good value for money.

Fantastic restaurant, the owner and manager had incredible smiles and were amazing. We ate very, very well, thank you again!

Excellent value for money. The service is very pleasant. A roadside restaurant with a set menu (starter, main course, cheese, dessert + wine and coffee) during the week and a menu on weekends!

A menu with several choices at a very affordable price. A starter buffet with a wide selection. Generous portions. Yes, simple but good food; of course, nothing fancy on the plate, but at this price, that's perfectly normal. In short, a good place to eat.

If you are taking a short lunch break on your holiday route, I recommend stopping at this small forest house where you can eat very well, homemade cuisine with a friendly owner and owner's wife.

Friendly welcome and excellent value for money cuisine.

I highly recommend it! The welcome was fantastic despite our late arrival, very friendly, with good quality products and superb rillettes! Don't hesitate!

I ate very well, found it by chance, and was really not disappointed.

Excellent welcome, superb traditional cuisine. A place to recommend.
