An establishment like this is one we wish we could find much more often. A warm welcome, refined and original dishes, a lamb tagine with saffron and perfectly measured saffron threads, a succulent butternut squash starter, and a dessert of French toast with perfectly cooked apples, salted caramel, and a quenelle of homemade vanilla ice cream. All of this was served with great professionalism, and fish was served with fish cutlery—a rarity these days—and the timing was just right. A truly enchanting interlude! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
