Restaurant la Jeante sur Saint-Pons-De-Thomieres

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The dishes are excellent and very generous. I've been going there regularly for several years and I always order the most expensive set menu... at €34! Local charcuterie as a starter, tripe à la salvetoise as a first course (a real treat for tripe lovers, but you can also have a mushroom omelet), spit-roasted leg of lamb as a second course (yes, a second course!), cheese, and dessert. All that for €34, honestly, don't hesitate!
