We really liked it! Attentive, smiling staff, interesting cuisine, interesting wine list as well.

Excellent as usual; very often when returning to the same restaurant, we face a disappointment but never at the Liégeoise.

Very tasty food at this beautiful location. There was nothing to criticize about the dishes. The young lady who occasionally came to our table provided excellent service. So does the sommelier. Furthermore, the service was below par for a restaurant with a star. For example, pointing the finger that has just scratched the hair into my plate. This lady gave a chaotic, confused and tired impression. Reception was rather cool and was at odds with other experiences in the region. The feeling of being welcome was missing. Despite the tasty food, we wouldn't go back. Good service is part of the experience.

Excellent moment à tous points de vue ! Un menu surprenant de bout en bout, des produits et saveurs déclinés en diverses préparations et textures à chaque plat, le tout parfaitement maîtrisé, un vrai régal sublimé par des vins parfaitement associés, bref que du bonheur à chaque bouchée, de la mise en bouche au café ! Et une mention spéciale à l'excellent sommelier de cette table d'exception, ses explications claires et très poussées vont bien plus loin que la simple description des délicieux breuvages sélectionnés par ses soins pour accompagner la farandole de délices servis, il vous invite à découvrir son monde fascinant d'arômes exquis parfaitement mis en valeur par des artisans passionnés, différents en fonction du terroir où il sont cultivés bien qu'étant un même cépage, et tout cela dans un langage simple, à la portée de tous. Le macaron est toujours amplement mérité ! Nous avons été ravis de cette très agréable escapade gustative dans le cadre enchanteur de la digue de Wimereux, avec cette magnifique vue sur la mer 😀

Everything was perfect, welcome, staff, great meal, very pleasant management, the best in the region.

One word to sum it all up: Magic The meal was perfect, we enjoyed everything. We opted for an accompaniment with wine for one and with alcohol-free for the other. I don't like alcohol very much, thanks to this accompaniment I was able to appreciate the drink/dish combination. I was even able to enjoy a non-alcoholic wine, even though I don't like grapes in all their forms, thanks to the sommelier for his availability and his passionate "side". A big thank you to all the staff. We also liked the evolution of the dishes, which starts gently and increases in “pep” throughout the meal. A special mention for the desserts, and the original and succulent chocolate. Thank you and thank you again for this superb evening.

Magnifique expérience dans un cadre fantastique: vue sur mer complète. Plats servis à la perfection (présentation, cuisson, goût, saveurs qui se marient), un très bon service et un coup de coeur pour le sommelier (nous avios pris la formule vins compris): il connaît, explique, avec précision et humour.
