Overall, I give it 5 stars. From the moment you arrive, you are warmly welcomed, seated in the lounge, and offered a welcome drink. Everything is taken care of, including any allergies you may have, and depending on your menu selection, the chef adapts the accompanying sauce to complement the wine (the sommelier will advise you and explain the food and wine pairings). The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is attentive, smiling, friendly, and responsive. As for the dishes, they are remarkably well-executed, and the flavors are truly exceptional! A genuine tasting experience, with light and perfectly seasoned dishes. You might think there aren't many portions, but you'd be wrong... at the end of the meal, you've eaten your fill, and there's absolutely no feeling of heaviness. You leave with the pleasure of an excellent meal. I won't describe all the dishes; I'll let you discover them for yourselves and be surprised. But from the appetizer to the dessert, including the main course, everything was delicious, both in taste and presentation. A truly wonderful experience and a fantastic restaurant that we highly recommend (located in the charming village of Petit Pressigny, which you should definitely explore by taking a stroll along the river after your meal).
