It was by taking the wrong route that we arrived in Montendre at lunchtime, so we came across this excellent address by chance. Refined cuisine, impeccable service, friendly and smiling servers. The setting is very pleasant. We were treated to melon soup, duck confit, and yogurt and red fruit pannacotta. Everything was excellent. Very important detail for us, the napkins are made of fabric...
I hope to return there one day.

Refined without fuss, excellent recommended wines. Very good memory. We will come back.
Small downside: the monkfish tail appears both as a starter and as a main course - out of three options on the menu to choose from, which, unless you want to eat it twice, reduces the options to two for the other (meat or vegetarian).
