Located on two floors of a former hardware store, the restaurant La Quincaillerie doesn't tinker with the food! Master Restaurateurs Guillaume WEIL and Jérôme DOUAY treat us with their expert hands. The dishes offered are limited in number, which for me is a guarantee of freshness and quality. A Weekly Menu faces the Seasonal Menu. Everything is highlighted by the wines selected from the Quincaillerie cellar, which welcomes you on the ground floor as soon as you arrive. The tables are located on the first floor, on a mezzanine offering conviviality as well as a view overlooking the kitchen. The service is excellent, with explanations in English as well as French. Our meal was excellent and we can't wait to return.

At the top of a majestic staircase, you reach a beautiful room from where you can, if you are well placed, see one of the chefs at work. On the menu, which changes several times per season, dishes highlighting local products. On the plate, the dishes are absolutely beautiful, the cooking done to perfection and the flavors incredibly highlighted. Added to this is a fine selection of wines, which the chef skilfully recommends. I recommend the discovery menu with a food and wine pairing for each dish, an experience that delights us every time. In short, a high quality restaurant, and cuisine mastered by passionate chefs. We just want to go back!
