We love this restaurant! We celebrated the end of 2025 with a magnificent New Year's Eve dinner, both for the quality of the ingredients and their preparation by the Chef! Excellent service from dedicated staff. A drinks menu to suit everyone. A success. The room was adequate and in line with the price. A wonderful end to the year. See you soon. DG

Gold medal for the silver route! The service is impeccable. A very comfortable hotel, even with unexpected bad weather… Océane and Loïc are wonderful and will give you a truly warm welcome. A huge thank you for your hospitality, and we look forward to returning under different circumstances.

15/08/2024: The place is very beautiful and very old, it is an old Cistercian abbey "barn" intended for agricultural and defensive production (the tower). The owner knows how to tell his story very well. It was a group meal so always a little complicated but excellent. It was my 2nd time for such a meal. I recommend!
13/08/2024: A friendly and warm welcome in a rustic, authentic and friendly setting... followed by an excellent meal, homemade cuisine with quality local products. A unique formula for €29: foie gras appetizer, starter, main course, lactic cheese and dessert with a memorable truffade! All with a very good wine from Terrasses du Larzac… Excellent value for money, without a doubt the best restaurant we have had in Aveyron…
