Restaurant La Route d'Argent sur Bozouls

Two-night stay in July 2026: A very pleasant hotel, the rooms are comfortable and the staff very welcoming. Breakfast is standard. The pool is spacious, the sun loungers are in very good condition with parasols. We tried the restaurant which is truly excellent, the food is well-prepared and delicious, with very pleasant service.

A true gem. Both the service and the cuisine are worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Each dish was perfectly executed, with high-quality ingredients and incredible flavors from start to finish. The value for money is frankly exceptional for this level of service. Everything was truly excellent. The team is lovely, very professional, and passionate. Special mention goes to their wine pairing recommendations, which were simply fantastic and elevated the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

I had the pleasure of staying one night at this hotel last weekend, and I can honestly say that the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The reception staff were remarkably kind and professional. Their thoughtfulness and attentiveness deeply touched me and made my stay even more special. The room was magnificent, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and created an atmosphere that was both cozy, warm, and soothing. The view from the room was simply breathtaking. You can feel a genuine attention to detail and a sincere desire to give guests a truly unique experience. It's rare these days to feel so welcome and valued. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful interlude. I will return with great pleasure and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Excellent restaurant! We ate there after a long mountain bike ride: the portions were very generous and everything was excellent: sweetbreads, Aubrac ribeye steak, truffade, aligot... washed down with an excellent Pic St Loup Hortus. Thank you!

We only went to the bistro, Le Passage. It was a shame to have a view of the Bozouls tunnel, as it was quite a distance from the main road.

A very pleasant stay. Very easy to find and a large parking lot. Quiet and comfortable hotel. Good bedding. Full breakfast and excellent dinner. Friendly and very helpful staff.
