Perfect welcome, excellent cuisine, very clean, in short, nothing to complain about... Thank you to the chef and his entire team, as well as the waitstaff... We will be back as soon as we return to Aveyron.

Excellent restaurant! We ate there after a long mountain bike ride: the portions were very generous and everything was excellent: sweetbreads, Aubrac ribeye steak, truffade, aligot... washed down with an excellent Pic St Loup Hortus. Thank you!

We only went to the bistro, Le Passage. It was a shame to have a view of the Bozouls tunnel, as it was quite a distance from the main road.

A very pleasant stay. Very easy to find and a large parking lot. Quiet and comfortable hotel. Good bedding. Full breakfast and excellent dinner. Friendly and very helpful staff.

We mentioned the heating problem during our stay. Someone came to look at it, but nothing was done. It's always a plus to mention electric vehicle charging facilities in a description.

07/01/2026: This year, we wanted to gather the family for Christmas in a special and welcoming place. I chose La Grange de Séveyrac, which I hadn't been to before. We were all pleasantly surprised. To begin with, the place is full of charm, nestled in a lovely natural setting on a site steeped in history, and the barn has been tastefully restored with respect for its authenticity. The welcome is simple and warm; you immediately feel at ease. As for the service, nothing is overlooked; Anne, the owner and cook, is incredibly attentive. The traditional cuisine reflects the spirit of La Grange: simple yet refined, using high-quality ingredients. We were all delighted by the setting, the atmosphere, and the meal. This has led us to plan another Christmas together at La Grange de Séveyrac! 😊
