We had a very good meal, and the price was very reasonable. The welcome and service were perfect. The wine cellar is exceptional. A very good restaurant that I highly recommend.

An excellent restaurant to discover! The reservation process was simple and seamless, and upon arrival, we received an absolutely perfect welcome. The setting is very pretty, elegant, and inviting. The dishes are as visually stunning as they are delicious: a true delight for the eyes and the palate! A big thank you also to the entire team, who stand out for their professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality. The little anecdotes shared throughout the meal add a personal and authentic touch that makes the experience even more enjoyable. All the ingredients are there for a wonderful time: a refined setting, high-quality cuisine, and a passionate team that knows how to make guests feel welcome. This is truly an excellent restaurant that deserves to be known and recognized. We recommend it without hesitation and will gladly return!

Excellent experience, the menu changes all year round, we go there without moderation, latest discovery: a rice with bisque that was simply divinely prepared, perfectly cooked, we thoroughly enjoyed it... By the way, the perfect egg lives up to its name!

We had a fantastic time at La Salamandre! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The beef tartare was truly excellent, perfectly prepared and full of flavor, and the bone marrow... a real treat! A great place to eat well, have a great time, and definitely want to come back.

Watch out, salamander! Everything's gone downhill: the food as well as the service. You need to pull yourselves together, I'm watching! I've known this establishment for almost twenty years, and I've had some wonderful culinary experiences here, especially with Cédric back in the day. I wish that could continue!

Don't miss this place! The cuisine is top-notch (almost Michelin-starred). A perfect choice for celebrating a special occasion. The dishes are sublime and the presentation is impeccable. The owner is warm and welcoming. A stroll along the banks of the Marne is a must afterward ;)
