On each of my visits, the welcome is impeccable: always warm, smiling, and genuinely attentive. You immediately feel at ease. The service is remarkably precise, professional, efficient, and discreet, with a true attention to detail that makes all the difference. The staff is consistently available, responsive, and always offers helpful advice, which greatly contributes to the quality of the experience. As for the cuisine, it's simply outstanding. The dishes are carefully prepared, the ingredients are of the highest quality, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. Each plate is as beautiful as it is delicious. I have a particular fondness for the beef tataki, which I highly recommend: perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful meat, enhanced by perfectly balanced seasoning. An address I recommend without hesitation, both for the quality of its service and the excellence of its cuisine.

I highly recommend this restaurant! We go several times a month as a family, and it's always a wonderful experience. The owners are welcoming, warm, and very helpful. The chef offers a high-quality menu and daily specials featuring fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The sauces are exceptional, and I especially loved the tataki. In my opinion, this is the restaurant you absolutely must try in Nogent!
