Restaurant la Scierie sur Saint-Folquin

Simple and efficient restaurant, small menu which guarantees freshness. The set menu offers plenty of portion size. I'll go back if I'm in the area. Just a suggestion for us regarding the fries: avoid overcooking them.

A small, welcoming restaurant, run by Olivier and his partner, where the menu is regularly updated… the dishes are delicious and reasonably priced. During the week, it's best to arrive early as it's often busy.

Great! I was a little disappointed with my main course; the fish was a bit too dry, there wasn't enough sauce, and there were a few too many bones (even though I know perfectly well that fish has bones...). On the other hand, the starter was delicious (Maroilles quiche), and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the mousse. The owner was very kind and helpful. I'll definitely try it again.
