Passing through Colmar, we discovered this was one of the best tarte flambée restaurants. We loved the experience and received a very warm welcome. We're vegetarians, and there was no problem ordering tarte flambée without bacon; they were excellent (and some of the recipes are very original!). The sweet tarte flambée with apple and spiced streusel was also delicious!
Thank you for this wonderful experience; we'll definitely be back if we have the chance! :) Reservations are recommended, as the place is a bit small!

If you are looking for a Tarte Flambee then this is the place you need to try. Reservations are almost required because this location gets booked up in advance almost every night. It is small but the staff is friendly and the food and drinks are delicious! Worth the trip!

Tried Flambe for the first time here. We stayed 2 nights in Colmar and came for dinner each day :) the food is great and the restaurant was always 90% full! Don't be fooled by the tickness of the flambe! Even if thin, it is very consistent! We bought 1 per person and it was great!
The personal are also extremely nice and welcoming!
Highly recommend!

Despite the restaurant being fully booked, the team at La Soï was incredibly friendly and attentive. The tarte flambée (both the classic and the basil version) was delicious and crispy, and the selection was huge. Highly recommended for a cozy evening in Colmar!
