A very nice discovery, this restaurant. We received a professional but warm and friendly welcome. From the starter to the dessert we loved everything, special mention for the fig stuffed with foie gras and the frozen nougat which perfectly complemented the lamb shank. Make no mistake, the quantities are generous but good products invite indulgence. 😅

A French restaurant that honors its country and its gastronomy. From frame to plate, it's flawless! I came with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary together and we both had lamb shank, the restaurant's specialty. We were not disappointed: it was exquisite and you can easily feel the work on the plate. Quality products well cooked and highlighted. Additionally, I had booked through The Fork and specified that we were coming for a birthday celebration. So the team also brought us candles during dessert. We really appreciated the attention and the gesture. I would add that the team is remarkably caring and kind. I highly recommend this restaurant and if the opportunity arises, I will return with great pleasure during a future stay in Nantes! ❤️ PS: We were at table 315.

I recommend this restaurant! The confit lamb shank, which has been cooked for 12 hours, is a treat! You can benefit from a 20% reduction on the card by booking online at certain times! The service is perfect, and we didn't have to wait!
