C'est formidable! We were in Ouistreham returning to the UK at the end of a great cycle trip from London to Paris. We booked dinner at la table d'hôtes. What a find! Inspired menu, delicious food, superb wine list and fabulous service. Every course had a twist. The tomato starter was delivered as a tomato foam for the cucumber, leeks and goats cheese, the beef had pockets of meaux mustard adding bursts of flavour and the chocolate was served with a blueberry centre. This is a genius at work! Thank you to the Sylvie, Sophie, Yoann and the team. Recommend phoning to make a reservation to avoid disappointment.

We followed the recommendations of the Michelin Guide and had the pleasure of enjoying the "Saveur" set menu for lunch today. Since we couldn't decide, we ordered everything on the menu—except for the cheese. Even before the main course arrived, we were treated to two small delicacies from the kitchen that truly whetted our appetites. We were absolutely delighted and deeply impressed by every course. A superb combination of flavors, breathtakingly presented, and beautifully arranged. The service was very prompt and attentive—even when it was busy and time to refill our wine—warm, friendly, and yet unobtrusive; we felt very well taken care of. The dining room is bright and tastefully decorated, ensuring that nothing distracts from the excellent food. All in all, we are very satisfied and highly recommend this restaurant. The Michelin star is well-deserved, a visit is definitely worthwhile, and compared to the prices for Michelin-starred cuisine in Germany, the value for money is even better!

Everything was perfect. From the matchmaker to the dessert. The service was attentive. The dishes were exquisitely prepared; I rediscovered figs with the dessert! Excellent flavor combinations; perfect cooking; in short, we recommend it without hesitation. And we will definitely be back!

I found this restaurant with an app that counts calories from photos. This fish with green beans fit my calorie needs and provided plenty of protein. The dish was really good. The dining room is pleasant and the service efficient.

23/08/2026: A truly wonderful culinary discovery, and we received a very warm welcome! We dined with our teenagers, who ordered homemade burgers with fries. They gave it 5 stars, and they're usually quite strict with our restaurant reviews :) Well done! We opted for the €44 set menu, which included a starter, a "trou normand" (lime and Calvados ice cream), a main course, cheese, and dessert. Everything was very generous. We recommend arriving at the restaurant well-fed if you choose this menu :) The foie gras starter with Calvados, homemade bread, and chestnut and dried fruit was excellent! The salmon gravlax was also excellent! The seafood croque-croute was very flavorful and arrived piping hot. For dessert, we had a macaron, a Calvados-flavored crème brûlée, and an apple cake. All were excellent as well. All the ingredients are fresh. Kudos to the chef who knows how to combine them to our great delight. This is the kind of restaurant quality that's becoming increasingly rare. The waiter was attentive and kind. We highly recommend this restaurant, which deserves to be better known. Slightly set back from the other restaurants facing the port, it's easily accessible with ample parking. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop here. Thank you for your warm welcome.
14/08/2026: Everything was perfect! The place was recommended to us and we absolutely don't regret choosing it. We ate very, very well and had a wonderful time. We wholeheartedly recommend it to ourselves!
