We had the truffle menu, and it was truly excellent, exceeding our expectations.
The menu consisted of six courses (amuse-bouche, two starters, two main courses, one dessert, and a petit four). By the end of the meal, we were completely full.
The dining room was cozy and welcoming.
A wonderful experience.

An exceptional place. Excellent service.
The floral arrangements on the tables and in the dining room could be improved.
It gets very hot at the table by the window when the sun is shining.
The cuisine is very refined and flavorful, but there are too many emulsions for my taste.

A delight!
We opted for the "seasonal" menu (€39 for a weekday lunch).
We left enchanted by the various dishes, their beautiful presentation, and exquisite flavors. A special mention goes to the dessert, a sort of delicious reimagined Black Forest cake, even though I normally dislike this dessert.
We had been to a Michelin-starred restaurant a few months prior, and we ate much better here in comparison. Congratulations to all the hard work in the kitchen, and thank you to the sommelier for the excellent selection of white wines.
Unrelated to the restaurant, we feel that such refined cuisine and a heritage site like this deserve better landscaping, such as the oak trees mutilated by "pruning" or the unpaved parking lot directly adjacent to the restaurant.
Thank you nonetheless for this wonderful experience.
