An idyllic day for our 58th wedding anniversary! Everything was perfect...the setting, the view of the lake, the restaurant's decor, the magnificent terrace... But also the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. And of course, the "Emotion" menu, which enveloped us in a delight and a sense of wonder with every dish, showcasing magnificent creativity. Thank you for this moment of pure happiness and thank you for the photo of us that you took and presented in a beautiful frame.

We always have immense pleasure returning to your exemplary restaurant in every respect, even yesterday despite the trying temperatures for everyone. With sincere appreciation for the service and especially for the kitchen staff, whose working conditions I can only imagine! A moment of gastronomic delight: freshness and quality of ingredients, consistency and ever-renewed creativity, kindness and a welcoming spirit—it has it all! A simple suggestion during periods of intense heat: perhaps consider lowering the serving temperature of the red wine, which must have reached 25 degrees Celsius by the end of the glass? Nothing serious, just room for improvement? All this to say that we eagerly await our next opportunity to visit you! JG
