Restaurant L'Ambassade sur Entrevaux

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this restaurant. Pure bliss! I had a veal escalope filled with tomato and vegetable sauce, topped with a layer of cheese. It was truly delicious! My friends had the same experience, ordering daube and salmon pasta! Regarding the dessert, it's true it's not homemade, but many reviews complain about this, saying, "Oh, it says 'homemade' in the original text." NO, it doesn't say so, so we expect it's not homemade (so some of you, stop with your false remarks). Especially since the waitress was very honest and told us straight away, which I really appreciated. As for the staff, the waitress, waiter, and cook were all lovely! I'm really looking forward to going back someday! PS: The price is very reasonable! (I paid 26 euros for the main course, drink, and dessert).

Simple but good, and reasonably priced, it's very good, I recommend it.

The welcome was pleasant, very family-oriented, however we were disappointed with the quality of the meals, perhaps due to the season, in winter.... I think they were frozen.

The dishes are excellent, we want to order everything. The restaurant and its staff are very pleasant. I recommend it.

You have to find it; it's hidden in the old town of Entrevaux, at the end of a small street. Warm welcome, a touch of humor, hearty dishes, beautifully presented—everything you need during a motorcycle stopover 🏍️ to perk you up! We discovered the "secca" (dried beef stew), which seems to be a specialty of this restaurant.

Great restaurant, very kind and pleasant staff and owner, don't hesitate to recommend it.
