One of the only restaurants open on a Monday in November. We received a very warm welcome with our little Belgian Malinois and were offered a set menu: salad, roast pork, and butternut squash gratin. All the ingredients were locally sourced and very well prepared. Thank you!

02/02/2026: Thank you for the last-minute welcome! Ideally located right on the slopes, their homemade desserts are a real remedy for low blood sugar ;) Thanks again for everything and see you soon!!

25/01/2026: A warm welcome with humor and smiles; we appreciated the location, the staff, the delicious meal, and the attentive chef. I highly recommend the Auberge Refuge de Roybon.
