Passing through Saint-Christol, we booked a table for our first evening because Andali was the only restaurant open on a Monday. It was truly a wonderful discovery. A warm and welcoming reception, followed by helpful advice on wine and dishes. The dishes were beautifully presented, worthy of a semi-gastronomic restaurant, and absolutely delicious. Love was evident in every bite, and we were even offered an amuse-bouche while we waited. Our hosts also told us about their region and guided us in our exploration. We were so warmly welcomed that we decided to return the next day for our wedding anniversary. And there, we received thoughtful touches that truly came from the heart: bread presented in a heart-shaped ramekin, candles on our desserts, and to top it all off, we left with a gift. This is definitely a place not to be missed and deserves to be known and appreciated. A huge thank you to Angelique and David, who are so passionate about their work.

We went there for Valentine's Day, the service was top-notch, the food was superb. And it was peaceful. We had a wonderful evening. And at the end, the chef came to ask us if we had enjoyed the special Valentine's Day meal, and the answer was a resounding YES.
