Restaurant L'Arbina sur Tignes

Hello, we had a good stay at the Arbina, the location in particular is unbeatable. On the other hand, the hotel is really tired and needs a complete renovation and the staff does not know the region well.

Reviewing the restaurant rather than hotel but found the staff really attentive and the food was nice too.

Old hotel, located in the center of Tignes 2100. A few meters from the bus stop and the Toviere cable car. Friendly staff that helps with everything you need. However, the hotel has outdated facilities, without an elevator, and with a correct but scarce breakfast and little variety. I do not recommend half board, the restaurant menu becomes monotonous, and the price is not economical. Bar-restaurant and terrace at the door, which is interesting. The comfort of the beds is correct and only some noise from the street can disturb sleep. Very good mountain views.

Very well located family hotel. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We had a great time.

GOOD THINGS - the staff at the reception and at breakfast & the cleaner were excellent, cannot fault them. Friendly, helpful, cheerful. - Excellent location, minutes from the lifts and very central for all Tignes le Lac restaurants, shops & facilities. However there is some noise at night but there are shutters on the windows. - Food at breakfast all good and food in restaurant downstairs was very hearty & delicious & again the staff were excellent. - Facility to book to eat at other restaurants in the group for a supplement of 15-20 euros per person is very worth while. We used Le Levana and Voulez Vous & both great. NOT SO GOOD THINGS- this is more of a restaurant with rooms. Any public rooms ( conservatory, pool room, lounge area) are locked at 8pm and the bar/ restaurant will not serve you after 9pm. They have the facilities but just don't make them available, which is a shame. - The whole place is just a bit run down and needs a good revamp. Carpets & furnishings in public areas all need replacing. There is no lift. No safes in rooms. Rooms are dated & bathrooms need redone. Its all very dusty and needs some TLC. The cleaner was great but think she is fighting a losing battle. - neither towels or sheets were changed during the 7 days we were there & bathroom not cleaned either. Some items of bedlinen needed replaced. It's a 3 star hotel.

Great restaurant! Impeccable service, we were with our 2 children aged 5 and 14, we tested at the start of the week and finally we came every evening. Thank you to Léa, Yoyo, Julien, Flo,… for your warm welcome and these good little dishes from the region that we all tried and savored!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location immediately adjacent to the centre of Tignes. We had great views from our balcony over Le Lac and everything that was going on. Room was very clean, quiet and a good size. The staff were great; all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice with all you could want before a day on the slopes

Superbe, on y mange très bien, de plus on était tombé sur serveuse du nom de Mélissa, très aimable et souriante, ce qui est rare de nos jours. Je recommande !
