09/06/2026: "A quality establishment," as evidenced by numerous awards over the years, and it's clear that it's entirely deserved, with a very reasonable price for the three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) at around €20. The quality of the ingredients, the flavors, and the friendly service are all part of the package. It's a real gem, an establishment that exudes the rigor and experience of true professionals, not to mention good humor and a welcoming atmosphere. Bravo!
07/06/2026: During a business trip, I noticed the brightly lit signs for this restaurant. From the main highway, my attention was caught, and I stopped to try the meat, drawn by the neon sign depicting a cow. I'm probably too used to it, but I've never seen such a wide selection of different cuts of beef, with different aging periods. I try a 500g steak with the family's signature sauce. Again, probably accustomed to a different way of cooking, I don't fully appreciate the flavor of the meat, probably because it's marinated in too much garlic, which overwhelms the flavor, and the meat is still difficult to cut and chew. The flavor is too strong for me, even though the meat is high-quality, but I have trouble chewing it. I also took the opportunity to try the fondue, with soft pieces of bread to dip in, a dish I enjoyed very much. A good glass of typical white wine to accompany everything. And to finish, a good espresso from a well-known Italian company, well-extracted and of high quality considering it's a single-origin blend. I'm not entirely satisfied with the value for money, but it's still considered a good restaurant.
