Good welcome and very pleasant, friendly service. A busy aperitif for our taste but will honor rum lovers. The flavors are there in both the risotto and the pork belly. And finally, the pistachio mousse is creamy and light as it should be. Thank you Slate.

Evening spent with family, table of 5 people. Please note no children's meals. The quantities on the plate are minimal for the price but the dish was good. Also check the bill when leaving because we paid for 6 dishes instead of 5.

17/09/2024: Que dire ???? Rien sinon que c'est comme toujours et à chaque fois...sublime et parfait. Que dire de l'accueil et de la disponibilité sinon que...."Ne changez rien". Aux petits oignons pour le client, c'est un endroit qu'il faut recommander et essayer si vous passez en région. Les plats présentés valent franchement le détour, cuisine recherchée et de qualité. Everything is in the image of the chef and her husband who is in the dining room: very warm welcome, cozy atmosphere, warm decor, very well presented dishes and inventive cuisine, consistency in quality, everything is homemade with quality local products . Little touches at the start of the meal with savory treats (even if you don't have an aperitif), appetizer and after dessert, sweet petits fours. All homemade. Same attention at lunchtime if you take the daily menu. More than reasonable prices, we leave this restaurant delighted to have had a good time and looking forward to coming back soon. Chateau de Mazan

29/07/2024: A magnificent castle with lots of charm. The staff are lovely and the garden is a true haven of peace. The only downside is the slightly noisy rooms.
27/07/2024: You can take beautiful photos from afar with a telephoto lens, up close it's less interesting and you can only approach, but not enter the enclosure, it's a private place.
