This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars for its fantastic menu. The chef has an eye for detail on every plate. All expectations were exceeded! The staff is also very efficient and attentive.

The set menu was €21, and we've never found better value for money. A real treat! Even the children's menus were delicious! The service was quick. I give it 5 stars without hesitation, and if I have the chance to go back, I'll be delighted!

We've been coming for four years now, and it's always very, very good. Superb food, service, and a family atmosphere. Wishing you continued success, we don't know when we'll be back, as next year we're heading off to the cooler climate of Brittany. A truly wonderful place for an exceptional meal at a reasonable price. The local wine list is extremely reasonably priced, a rarity these days that deserves to be highlighted. The cuisine is truly refined, and the very friendly and efficient service is excellent. There are two kinds of establishments: those you visit and then avoid, and those you return to with the greatest pleasure. L'Oulo belongs to the second category...

At L'Oulo, not only is the food excellent, but you're also greeted with a smile by the entire team, and that's been the case on every visit. The dishes are well-prepared, beautifully presented, and feature delicious vegetables. Even the simple mixed salad is scrumptious. Parking is super easy, and there's a covered terrace. If you're staying in the area for a few days, it's a must. Online booking is available.

What a wonderful and delicious restaurant! The staff is lovely, the chef's cuisine is generous and made with excellent ingredients. The seasonings and sauces are perfectly balanced and executed with finesse. We will be back. Thank you.

11/09/2026: One evening in September during our stay in the Luberon, our hosts recommended several restaurants, and we chose L'ARDOISE in Mazan. We discovered a very pleasant and very clean place (we are also very particular about cleanliness). 👍 Of course, we received a very warm welcome, and our meal was excellent. Thank you to the chef! 👍 The menu had only 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts, just the way we like it. We will definitely be writing a review so our hosts can recommend this restaurant. And when we return to the region, we will gladly come back. Thank you so much. Odile and Daniel Delorme

29/05/2026: Everything was perfect, the staff were incredibly kind, dinner and breakfast were fantastic, the room was superb, and it was absolutely quiet.
