Hello; My partner and I dined at L’Arlecchino for Valentine's Day and generally had a lovely time. The food was excellent, the dishes were well-prepared, and the cocktails were delicious. Special mention goes to the bartender, who was friendly and pleasant, and contributed positively to the atmosphere. However, the service was a bit disappointing. The waiter was rather distant, and we were forgotten several times, particularly regarding the bread and Parmesan cheese, which we had to ask for again. It's a shame, because more consistent attention and a warmer attitude would have made the experience completely satisfying. We hope this aspect can be improved, as the establishment has real potential and deserves a customer experience that matches its cuisine.
