The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and warm without ever being intrusive. A restaurant that deserves a Michelin star. A huge thank you to the Chef for his passion, creativity, and love of his craft. Updating the menu every two weeks and constantly surprising guests with innovative flavor combinations and exceptionally high-quality ingredients is simply remarkable. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to photograph the langoustine appetizer, but it was a true masterpiece. As for the main course, the Wagyu beef and beef cheeks were remarkably tender and delicate. The wine list is also exceptional, with a superb selection, and the food and wine pairings are perfectly suggested. We were given a gift certificate for a four-course meal. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The chef presented each course, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

An extraordinary Valentine's Day 2026: for our first visit to this restaurant under this name, it was a truly magnificent moment of sharing and pleasure. La 5ème Saveur (The Fifth Flavor) offers refined, sophisticated cuisine bursting with flavor, where the wine pairings suggested by the sommelier are perfectly matched. All the ingredients are there for a wonderful time in a pleasant, elegant setting, with a warm welcome, efficient service from smiling and attentive staff. After enjoying the Valentine's Day menu, we left the table completely satisfied. Congratulations to Chef Sylvain Relativo, a true culinary enthusiast, and to his entire team. I highly recommend this restaurant to wine lovers and connoisseurs, as well as to those with discerning palates, to savor delicious dishes served by the chef himself, who provides clear and logical explanations beforehand. We discovered 5e SaveuR – L’Âtre for my partner Alexandre's birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the reservation to dessert, everything was meticulously planned. A lovely and thoughtful touch for his birthday was much appreciated, and above all, the chef and the front-of-house team were remarkably attentive, perfectly accommodating my pregnancy restrictions with great professionalism and kindness. The dishes were exceptionally refined, expertly prepared, generous in flavor, and beautifully presented. A true culinary journey from beginning to end.
