A wonderful discovery! This restaurant was beautifully presented by the chef, the service was top-notch, the atmosphere was calm, and the food was excellent – ​​well done!

Wonderful dishes, atmosphere and service! The chef and his staff present each dish individually and explain the inspiration behind each creation. Interesting list of drinks and wines, you can choose to be served a different glass of wine depending on your dish that will highlight it. Overall this restaurant was an interesting discovery, easy parking around and quiet area. It is worth visiting and advertising it, every two weeks the list is renewed and emphasis is given to local producers! Thank you very much for the hospitality and the experience, we will definitely come back!

First visit to this new restaurant in Manom. I opted for the three-course menu at €60, but I must admit I was disappointed by the value for money: at that price, I expected higher-quality ingredients and a more generous side dish with the meat main course. On the other hand, I want to highlight the dedication of the chef and owner. His passion for his craft is palpable and deserves recognition.

A restaurant worthy of the finest French cuisine, with an attentive team and a passionate chef. As a tartare enthusiast, I was impressed by Chef Sylvain's reimagined version—the best I've ever tasted.
