Everything is there for a wonderful time: a warm welcome, an attentive team, and above all, absolutely remarkable cuisine. The dishes are refined, generous, and made with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the genuine passion behind every plate, with perfectly balanced flavors and meticulous presentation.
The restaurant's atmosphere is both convivial and elegant, ideal for a meal with family or friends, or for a more special evening. Special mention goes to the perfectly cooked meats and the desserts, which are simply incredible.
The service is seamless, professional, and always delivered with a smile, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. You truly feel valued from beginning to end.

First visit to this new restaurant in Manom. I opted for the three-course menu at €60, but I must admit I was disappointed by the value for money: at that price, I expected higher-quality ingredients and a more generous side dish with the meat main course.
On the other hand, I want to highlight the dedication of the chef and owner. His passion for his craft is palpable and deserves recognition.

Highly recommended.
Creative, flavorful, and refined cuisine. Excellent ingredients, expertly prepared, with a rich variety of textures.
Special mention goes to the mustard sorbet served with an excellent beef tartare and the olive sorbet served with strawberries.
Even the breads and butters are exceptional.
The wines are presented with care and attention to detail. Wine by the glass is available with every course.
The value for money is excellent.

A wonderful discovery for a midweek family lunch: a warm and professional welcome, a decor blending tradition with a refined atmosphere, spotless premises, and highly inventive cuisine perfectly executed by a very friendly chef who takes the time to dedicate himself to his guests.
We truly appreciated the creativity, the quality of the ingredients, the presentation of the dishes enhanced by beautiful and well-chosen tableware, and the combination of flavors, sometimes unexpected, but always delicious and refined, as exemplified by the sea bass ceviche... We loved everything, from start to finish. A restaurant to recommend, a champion of true gastronomy, and one that undoubtedly deserves a Michelin star.

We had an absolutely exceptional time at 5e SaveuR - L’Âtre. From the moment we arrived, the elegant and refined ambiance set the tone for a unique experience. Every detail is carefully considered, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert.
The dishes are true works of art: delicate flavor combinations, remarkably fresh ingredients, and breathtaking presentation. Each plate is a visual and gustatory surprise.
The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and warm without ever being intrusive. A highlight was the chef's visit to our table, taking the time to passionately explain each dish—a personal touch that made the experience even more authentic.

A restaurant that deserves a Michelin star.
A huge thank you to the Chef for his passion, creativity, and love of his craft. Updating the menu every two weeks and constantly surprising guests with innovative flavor combinations and exceptionally high-quality ingredients is simply remarkable.
Unfortunately, we didn't have time to photograph the langoustine appetizer, but it was a true masterpiece.
As for the main course, the Wagyu beef and beef cheeks were remarkably tender and delicate.
The wine list is also exceptional, with a superb selection, and the food and wine pairings are perfectly suggested.
A special thank you as well for the amuse-bouches: a delightful surprise with every visit. ❤️
