Le Nouveau Restaurant Le 36 in Vallauris is a fantastic Italian restaurant! 🇮🇹 The pizzas are authentic Italian, the pasta too—in fact, everything is homemade and genuinely Italian, right down to the truly delicious desserts 😋🤩 The chef cooks wonderfully, with flavors that transport you straight to Italy ✨ The staff is very kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable 🥰 I highly recommend it! 🍕🍝❤️

A wide selection of classic and innovative pizzas with pistachio cream. Generously topped pizzas with a thin crust. Charming staff! Superbly located restaurant on the main street of the potters' quarter.
