Very well eaten. Fortunately: we loved fish. The only regret was not having had the choice of dishes because there were no à la carte dishes. The cheapest menu at 69 euros is imposed. Real lack of choice The other choice being the 7-course menu ???? On small portions??? At more than 75 euros!!! Very friendly waiter but speaks a little quickly when describing the plates. Very hot; in the room; hot radiator!

Thanks again to everyone, Chef Cédric Campanella who delighted us sublimely, Bruno and René in the dining room who accompanied us with kindness, availability, humor and patience. My daughter's 20th birthday lunch will remain unforgettable for everyone thanks to you.

Das Essen ist erstklassig und schmeckt hervorragend. Wir haben 4 Gänge aus dem Abendmenü ausgewählt. Die Weinkarte ist umfangreich und eher an der oberen Grenze kalkuliert. Leider ist kein regionaler Schaumwein verfügbar. Es wird Champagner empfohlen. Dies führte anfänglich zu einer Überreaktion des Chef de Service, da wir keinen Champagner bestellten. Er überliess uns die Getränkekarte und verschwand für einige Zeit. Daraufhin orderten wir einen Weisswein und wurden sofort nach der Menüwahl gefragt. Wir erwiderten, dass wir gerne den Aperitif trinken wollen und dabei die Menükarte anschauen. Der Kellner war sehr nett und erwähnte, dass er sich freue, dass wir hier wären. Es waren nur 2 Tische belegt. Aufgrund der tollen Qualität der Küche kommen wir gerne wieder.

très bon restaurant, accueil très bien, le repas et excellent tout les plats sont raffinés et bien présentés. on est pas loin d un restaurant étoilé. la déco est pas mal. l emplacement dans aix centre c est le probleme surtout pour stationner et le prix qui est assez cher mais le repas est vraiment exceptionnel.

30/08/2024: Our dinner was fantastic from the hummus starter to the cafe for dessert. The spicy sauce with the couscous, the tender vegetables and the generous amount of couscous were a delight. Our modification due to allergies was taken into account. If we have the chance to come to Aix-les-Bains again, we will definitely come back to the Couscousserie.
08/07/2024: A superb discovery, a couscous worthy of the name served in more than adequate quantity.

23/09/2024: We came to have dinner at this restaurant. The retro atmosphere is charming, everything is very clean and well arranged. The appetizers were delicious, except the watermelon one where the contrast with the onion was too pronounced, I couldn't finish it. The same goes for the tomatoes: the dish demonstrated technique and research, but in terms of taste, nothing exceptional. The pork was very good, but the sage flavor inside the roast was perhaps a little too present and did not leave enough room for the demi-glace, although it was skillfully prepared. The olive dessert really surprised me, I highly recommend it. The choice of bread and the service in general, in a bistronomic style, deserve. Some pairings should be rethought, perhaps with a little less technique but more familiarity in flavors. We will definitely come back to try new dishes.
22/09/2024: A delicious meal in an elegant setting with discreet and attentive service. The tables are well spaced.
