A wonderful welcome for an impromptu family lunch. Very friendly staff! No complaints whatsoever about the gratinated oysters as a starter, the beef tataki, or the sea bass fillet… a special mention for the cheese for dessert… absolutely divine!!!

Everything is good, even very good! It's incredibly fresh, homemade with love, and the portions are generous. The view is superb, and the welcome is always friendly and warm! My favorite spot in Villeneuve 🤩

Beautiful setting! It's a shame the food was bland and presented so simply! It's regrettable that the seared tuna, Thai style, was served with a ready-made sweet and sour sauce (I have the same one at home) in a small ramekin... a homemade Thai marinade or sauce would have been perfect! While the fish looked fresh, the seasoning was disappointing... and two out of the three wines we ordered were out of stock. Perhaps just bad luck? We'll see if we go back.

An exceptional culinary experience! From the very first bite (delicious gougères), you know you're in for a treat. The starters are refined: Camargue mussels au gratin with parsley and garlic, and sea bream carpaccio with ginger and lemon—a true delight. The filet mignon with morel sauce, accompanied by mashed potatoes, is simply perfect. And to finish, a peach gazpacho with sorbet: fresh, light, and ideal for concluding the meal. All this with a breathtaking view of Fort Saint-André, also historically known as the Royal Castle. Attentive service, a magnificent setting, and refined, generous cuisine. Special mention to the owners, who are exceptionally kind: I recommend it without hesitation! I'll be back in 2026 for another equally remarkable experience! To begin this beautiful summer evening, a mojito made with fresh raspberries grown using permaculture: fragrant, balanced, and particularly refreshing. As for the food, the octopus and cuttlefish fricassee à la sétoise, served with Camargue rice, was simply divine. A generous, flavorful, and perfectly executed dish. The roasted scorpionfish fillet, served with a rockfish bisque and rice, was also a delightful discovery. The fish was cooked to perfection, while the intense yet delicate bisque added a great deal of character to the whole dish. To accompany the meal, an excellent rosé from Provence, perfectly paired with these Mediterranean flavors. In this heatwave, we finished more lightly with a small cheese plate, followed by a chocolate fondant with a scoop of vanilla ice cream: a indulgent and comforting conclusion. And let's not forget the Châteldon, "the water of kings," ideal for ending this dinner with freshness and elegance. All this in a magnificent setting, with a breathtaking view of Fort Saint-André, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the staff, always smiling and cheerful despite the heat, and who were incredibly attentive to our requests and needs. Generous Mediterranean cuisine, quality ingredients, an exceptional setting, and a consistently warm welcome. An address we return to with the same pleasure, and one I recommend, once again, without the slightest hesitation!

The quality (service/food) was top-notch, with excellent products. The servers were fantastic and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend it; it was a wonderful discovery for a birthday, and I'd gladly eat there again!

An excellent restaurant in every respect. Being able to dine on a shaded terrace made our evening very pleasant. The welcome was truly warm, with efficient, attentive, and friendly service. The chef even came to greet us when the bill arrived. We dined there two nights in a row because the food is delicious. Fresh, high-quality ingredients, homemade dishes, flavorful and unpretentious, highlighting the natural taste of the ingredients. The sea bass, in particular, was incredibly tasty, as was the duck breast. As for the dessert we had, the roasted apricot with honey, it was pure bliss. Those with a sweet tooth will be in heaven. Congratulations to the entire team at Le 7! For those staying in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, Le 7 is the restaurant not to be missed. It's also frequented by many regulars, a sure sign of its quality.

Found by chance, apparently chance works in mysterious ways!! Everything was perfect: fresh fish and vegetables!!! We recommend it without hesitation!!!

A relaxing moment under the pine trees, serenaded by cicadas, with an unobstructed view of the castle. The staff were very pleasant and professional, and the cuisine was excellent, featuring quality ingredients prepared with skill.
