A wonderful discovery at Restaurant Henriette in Angers, where I had lunch. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, perfect for a midday break. The dishes are delicious, generous, and beautifully prepared, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. You can taste the care that goes into each plate, and everything was truly flavorful. The service is quick, warm, and attentive. An address I'll definitely keep in mind for my next lunch in Angers!

A new lease of life for this restaurant, with a simple yet elegant new decor, a welcoming atmosphere, helpful advice, a well-crafted menu, and fast service. The cuisine is refined yet affordable. The icing on the cake is the desserts (tonka bean crème brûlée, for example) which are generous and delicious. A great, yet little-known, address in the Orgemont neighborhood.
